The trio went further into the alley, finding a dwarf run printing business and the dank basement in which Tarser was being held. Confronting the dungeoneers Purl gave them a choice; Leave Tarser to her or have every law man in Fairview come down upon them for messing with her legitimate warrant. Obviously this didn’t fly well with the group and they made for an escape. Though she put up one hell of a fight, the group escaped. They regrouped at the tavern for a long talk with Tarser about his past and the reason of his warrant. After a something of a deep and meaningful conversation the group was approached by one song-write, Felix the Fleeting. He seemed astounded to find the ’Slayers of the Midsun Beast". Tarser and Olly humoured him with stories of their adventures for most of the night while Gulch slipped out for a lesson. Through many songs, tales, compliments and many many pints of mead Felix convinced Tarser and Olly to let him join on their next escapade. The next day Gulch and Olly went to send a few letters.
